Terms of Use (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the developer of Vouve (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

2. Subscription & In-App Purchases

• Vouve offers a free tier and paid Pro tier (auto-renewing subscription and one-time purchase options).
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate displayed at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period (if any) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App, except as permitted by law
• Use the App to capture photos of people without their consent where consent is required by your jurisdiction
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or any of its components

4. Photo Content

Photos you capture using Vouve belong to you. The App stores photos locally on your device and saves to your iOS Photos library only when you explicitly tap to save. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and how you share it.

5. Pose Detection Disclaimer

Vouve provides on-device pose-matching feedback for the purpose of helping you compose photographs. The App does not guarantee photographic results. Coaching feedback is informational only and does not substitute for professional photographic services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Apple's Role

Apple is not a party to this Agreement, has no obligations to provide maintenance or support for the App, and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
